In an interview with Brian Williams, John McCain says he sees an uptick in the polls since the debates ... and says he's got another 3% more to go. There are only 3 out of 10 national polls released today that fit in the range that he prescribes. He's actually still 6% behind -- the same as after the debates. Don't want to be critical of McCain because it is common for candidates that are behind to cite polls that are beneficial to them... Clinton did it. John Edwards did it. Mitt Romney did it. Blah blah.
