Ron Paul's Confidence at Iowa Rally Uncharacteristic of Bottom Tier CandidateJune 30, 2007 Ron Paul spoke to his supporters after the Iowa Presidential Forum that he was excluded from. Based on estimates of individuals in Iowa and LewRockwell.com, Ron Paul drew a crowd equal to if not greater than the presidential forum itself. With how things played out, the Ron Paul campaign has got to believe that it was better that he was not invited to the presidential forum. If he were, his voice would have been split among all of the other candidates. But as it turned out, Ron Paul did what no other bottom tier candidate has the guts to do; stage a rally and know that people would come. And in that confidence alone, Ron Paul truly sets himself apart from all the others on the bottom tier.
