Rasmussen Reports, like Strategic Vision and Mason Dixon combine to say that McCain is down by an average of 4% in Pennsylvania. They were down 13% last week.

When we stated that McCain practically conceded the race last week, we said that knowing McCain put all his eggs in the Pennsylvania basket despite being over double digits behind. With how the polls are shifting right now in the Keystone state, they may get their wish.

As we reported yesterday, Obama is close in some vital red states and he is trying to pick them off. That may turn out to be a bad campaign philosophy when all they really needed to do was play defense in Pennsylvania and maintain their leads in Iowa, New Mexico, and Virginia. We'll see.
