Americans Say Economy To Improve In Five Years1/9/09 Tags: Economy From Rasmussen Reports
» Commentary by Kris Lazaro (registered Democrat) Americans are a fickle bunch. After president-elect Obama's speech on the economy yesterday, many Americans now believe that the economy will improve in five years. This is a stark contrast to what many have been saying in the past few weeks/months as our economy continues to weaken. What this truly shows is that the American public can be easily swayed by popular opinion. Also, this recent polls show that the US economy is mostly based on assumptions and confidence in the market. The author, for one, is proud of the fact that presiden-elect Obama chose this topic to address and is confident in restoring American economic prosperity once again. This shows great leadership and a vision for the future. Check Gmail, Facebook, and IM simultaneously with Digsby. Make FREE internet calls with Skype - download now
