  • 46% of voters would vote to reelect Obama in 2012, unchanged since April.
  • Obama's approval rating is at 65%.
  • 62% of voters support a major overhaul of the US healthcare system.

62% of all voters want an overhaul to the US healthcare system, including 35% of Republicans. But interestingly, it is the senior citizens aged 65+ that are the least supportive of such a health care system. Is it because these seniors are familiar with Medicaid and are afraid of a government run healthcare system or are they so satisfied with healthcare that they are blind to the problems facing others? This poll falls short of answering that for us.

Confidence in Obama to bring real change has been slightly decreasing since a high of 75% in January to 65% now.

Obama's approval ratings on all issues are above 60% except when it comes to health care and social issues.
