» Commentary by Kris Lazaro (registered Democrat) 62% of all voters want an overhaul to the US healthcare system, including 35% of Republicans. But interestingly, it is the senior citizens aged 65+ that are the least supportive of such a health care system. Is it because these seniors are familiar with Medicaid and are afraid of a government run healthcare system or are they so satisfied with healthcare that they are blind to the problems facing others? This poll falls short of answering that for us. Confidence in Obama to bring real change has been slightly decreasing since a high of 75% in January to 65% now.
